I have exactly the same problem as the person below except I'm still waiting for my £75 refund! I bought a pair of shoes for my wedding but had to return them as they were painfully too tight. Love Me Do confirmed they had received the return and said they had refunded the money back to my account but that this would take up to 30 days! I've never heard anything like it. 30 days has long since passed and still nothing. I have called them but no one calls me back and their emails just tell me to give it a little longer! I would NEVER order from them again and would NEVER recommend them! It's just not worth the hassle!

Well they did refund me but less than the amount I paid for the shoes... They're not honest!

They are not honest. I had to wait 2 months for my refund and it was not the total amount

I see that Sharon is responding to people's reviews on here now so hopefully she will contact you too. I don't know why they take so long to process refunds and why they are so difficult to deal with. Maybe now she will see that a great deal of her customers are not happy and she will sort her policies and procedures out! We should not have to hound people to get our money back!
