I had a few problems with the delivery of part of my order due to royal mail losing the parcel but it was deal with quickly and a repaclment was sent within a few days i have used the pet planet site for over a year and have never had any problems you can get quality food at a good price i wouldn't hesitate to use them again as their service is great.
