This was our third visit to this restaurant for a family celebration.During the previous visits, the service was slow, but our last visit took this to a whole new meaning.We were served our drinks and our first course within 40 minutes of arrival, though some of the starters were well overcooked to the point of being burnt.We then patiently waited for our second course. After 75 minutes (despite polite reminders to the staff)still no food! At this point,I again asked the duty manager where the food was. I was told it will be a further 10/15 minutes. At that point I paid the bill and we left the premises.

The restaurant had other customers in, but several free tables were visible. So I would not have considered it to be at capacity in any way shape or form.

We will never use the restaurant again.
