First garment delivered was faulty, small dark spot stains on it. Returned it the same day by first class post asking for a replacement but heard nothing for two weeks.
I emailed Woolovers to chase it up, a replacement arrived after about another week.
Replacement garment is fine, very pleased with it, and the postage was refunded.
Perhaps a bit more quality control? Also,an email acknowledgement that the return had been received would have helped, and saved me wondering if it was lost in the post.
