I tried to exchange a pair of Jeans but they've stopped replying to emails and requests for a refund if not in stock go unaswered. I've not got a refund or exchange and it's over 2 months since I returned item. They're probably OK if you get what you wanted initially, but if you need to exchange or get a refund - FORGET IT!
