Awful customer service. They charged me £29 to disconnect my service.

Total rip-off they asked me to pay the return costs for the livebox - shocking service and completely illegal under UK consumer law. Told them this and they couldn't even be bothered to respond - just repeating the script like a robot.

Just the worst company offering broadband - recommend for others to avoid them.
