This PennyTalk is a piece of garbage. My minutes were completely eaten up with two phone calls where I just left a brief message on my friend's voice mail, less than a minute each time. Trying to call customer service is a joke. First I was told they were doing maintenance on their system and to call back. Then other times I tried, they kept saying they could not process the call (a phone company yet), and just said goodbye to me and hung up. Happens every time I have tried to call. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They may have fooled me once, but they will not fool me twice.

They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau.
