Please please please do NOT buy from this lot (i can't even bare to say its name) I bought a product from them on 13th FEB, it arrived a week late and it didnt work. I sent an email from they're "wonderful" website to arrange collection and a refund...since there is no confirmation on their website I heard nothing back. So i emailed them directly and an amazing six days later they replied with "phone this number to resolve your problem" They wont collect my product even though it wont work, yet they were quick enough to take my money out my account... strange that!
