I DID NOT wish to purchase until I had seen the advertised free credit review - and I know that the approach was made earlier than the 18 Febrary shown on my c.c. statement. I duly received one, which told me nothing of value, and do not wish to buy the service. However, a c.c. statement lists a charge of £14.99 on 18 February, and I am waiting now to see whether unwanted monthly fees are going to be levied, as has been the experience of others.
How do I recover my money, and stop the monthly charges which I gather are being levied on other unwary customers?
