This is a brilliant website and i well recommend it. It's fun as it uses characters as bots in a ship enviroment and very popular. This Website use to belong to Yahoo then Lycos until it was bought out by Noesis as Lycos went bust. It is a completely free chat website that is used internationally and yet there is a differant website for differant countries so you don't mix with other countries and get confused with their languages.

When i say completely free you do have to pay the odds with minimal features and the exception of adds (they have to make money somehow) but you can buy special packages to get loads of new features too. They are very creative with this website as the more you chat the more you unlock new special emotes and the more you can type too. I've been on this chat 3 years now and have made alot of new friends aswell as met my partner on there which i have now been with for over 2 years.

You can start chatting there from the age of 10 onwards, However children do have a special panic button incase they need it which will alert a friendly online Navigator that they need assistance. Asssistance is always available by pressing your f2 button on the chat you will have access to any available Navigators at the time. Try it i bet you won't be disapointed.

the review of peterjap...looks like advertising...the chat is boring, rooms are too general, recently they changed some stupid rooms names. it could be fun but in the past year it has seen a lots of people leave the chat probably for some other more interesting chat with more people on it, so it looks a bit deserted at the moment. I mean there are like 100 people in the 40s room and that is about it, the rest is almost empty. The 30 s room is empty, so that tells you something...and it has been so for a year or so. I think that started happening when noesis/lycos starting charging some features, the basic use is free though. those features were really cool and website is well done I must say, but there are simply no people on it and there are many many weirdos...Rooms like I said are too general, there are rooms called:mirror room?? ball room??and bla bla, how about politics, music room, surfers room, christian, muslim...something people can talk about, not just empty convos about nothing...that is why it s failing to attract people. What I really liked about that chat is system of ignoring :), when you ignore someone, they are ignored, they dont see you, u dont see them, and there are some other cool features too, shame really, it has potential...I dont visit it anymore, cause it is boring...too fee people on it.
