I am also waiting for £200 of gear since beginning of Jan. Get different stories each time I call and no reply to emails. I have complained to BASC who say they get at least one complaint a day and are stopping them advertising in the mag. I am going to contact trading standards via Consumer Direct (08454 04 05 06), also credit card company, advertising standards, and editors of other mags they advertise in.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
