I researched all the major hire companies in Tenerife and the price varied. We have a baby, so 5 door important and car seat also. Most companies stated it was pay for the car seat on arrival, no good for me as on average it would be £40 for the week, just for a plastic seat! I like to know the full price in advance. Autoriesen were the only company that gave you the full price up front. This included free options like additional driver and all insurances required. They dont try to sting you when you arrive. I dont play these stupid games. So, booked a Seat Ibiza 5 door and the price was the most competitive. Was a bit dubious after reading few reviews that the car was dirty and old but we dont need a brand new car, just a clean one. Arrived at the airport, had to queue 10 mins then had excellent service, clearly explained in English, off we went. Turns out we got an upgrade, obviously no Ibizas left. Citroen C4 picasso, 5 door, 10k miles, clean throughout and massive boot for our pram. Couldn't believe our luck. All their cars are parked just across the road outside the terminal, easy to find. Got our free baby car seat, again good condition. Car drove like a dream all week around the island and up thru Teide national park. On return dropped off keys, quick check on their computer and everything ok. Excellent company, good service, great value and good condition cars. Will definitely use them again.
