Also got an HD9000 bought from visualtronic who supplied it in place of HD500 which was ordered at at better spec; they said it was the same and refused to replace it unless i sent it back at my expense and they would refund less carriage paid both ways. Had a huge row with them and contacted OFT who said they were in breach of contract but of course you have all the hassle of returning at more expense, before maybe getting a resolution. Also they were to supply a cable which they told me after it didn't arrive it was already on it's way from another supplier. It transpired when i contacted yet again they cancelled order despite not returning my extra £40 paid that the supplier hadn't sent it and hadn't got any in stock!. Don't deal with these people. There are many better suppliers out there and you can pick up a HD9000 for less than visualtronic charge if you look around. Will see if I get my $40 back...wts!
