tried for 3 months on and off to get through to ferroli to report a warranty fault,couldn;t service boiler during this period as it wasn;t running correctly so when i did finally get through to them to report fault they said warranty void as it hadn;t been serviced within the 12 months,they dont want to know,boiler only 13 months old,dont by one unless you want to pay for repairs yourself even with their so called 5 year warranty,roll on trading standards getting involved karl bristol
