Very rude staff!!.....I recently called to arrange riding as I had bought a voucher for a "family riding experience". I have never been spoken to so rude as the woman that called me back. They would not provide me with what I had paid for. Insisted that I had to pay more for something that I didn't want. After reading the poor reviews below I'm now glad that I never have to visit there if it's run in the same manner that the staff speak to their customers. I certainly won't be paying them any money to be treated in the arrogant and bad mannered way again.
