One of my children had to cancel a ticket and was promised a refund, Still waiting almost 3 months later. Have emailed and called UK several times butothing. There is no number to call from America and the only phone number for refunds is only open 4am-7am America time. I have travelled Virgin many times but between the refund fiasco, lost luggage, dreadful customer service and just a general couldn't care less attitude, I doubt will ever fly Virgin Atlantic again.
