i don't live in delhi, so i asked one of my friends to go to zara outlet at select citywalk to get me some items ( 2 belts and a dress) on sale. i furnished her with reference number, size and all that was possible just to make the work of hunting for the items easier. i had checked the zara india website for the availability of these items and it showed that they were available and shows them available even after two weeks of this following incident.

my friend went to zara and the salesman were quite rude and unhelpful. though she furnished them with the reference number and all that and even told them that the website which is updated every week shows that the dress and the belts are available and it will be great if they helped her find it. they refused it outright that the clothes are available and before that made her wait for several minutes. i think the clothes are really chic but the customer service needs to be improved if they want their ardent customers to come back again.
