“It's just gone down right before I was about to make...”

It's just gone down right before I was about to make our VAT return payment (Business account). Problem is I'm flying out of the country tomorrow morning and if our payment is late we get fined. When this service fails it's costs businesses a lot of money. A service with no minimal downtime is absolutely vital to most modern businesses. The fact I can't use it after midnight is often a major inconvenience. Lloyds may bog off home to sleep at night but not all businesses do.
