We booked a holiday through the co-op online, however we did this in a branch. It was not made clear that this was not a package holiday and actually all different components and no rep on site. So when we arrived and were moved to different accommodation that that which we booked we had no comeback or any assitiance in resolving the problem - not what I want from my 'holiday'!
