The interface was good and delivery quick, but when it arrived it was poorly packaged. The flimsy outer box had been torn and you could see right through to the contents.

Hygiene concerns aside, this obviously wouldn't be good for anyone who wanted to keep the contents of their order private. Given that their website has a section called "embarrassing", you'd think they'd take better care with this.
