I have used SEB internet banking before and lloyds looks like SEB but 10 yaers ago. I can't see my previous payments details, I cant set a useful note to payment. This morning it just down ("We're sorry. Internet Banking is currently unavailable.") without any previous notice from bank. May be it is common practice for all banks in the UK, but looks very strange for me.
