The CAA have farmed out the claims to third party companies.
These companies will not answer the 'phone.

I have also had problems with Hayes, Hayes told me to send all the paperwork to them as they were claiming through their insurance. When I phoned chasing the claim they told me they were in the process of sending all the paperwork to the CAA as Kiss would not pay out. I phoned numerous times and each time they had an excuse to extend the claim time.I have received part of my money back from the CAA but as I had not cancelled the hotel Hayes persuaded us to go on another flight but had to book 2 more days as the flights were not available for 10 tens so we are claiming for the extra flight costs and 2 days extra hotel cost which they promised we would get reinbursed for from their insurance. Every time I phone they keep adding on another 3 months to payout even though they have told me my claim is ready to go. Disgusting what can I do...I will never use Hayes again!!
