To be fair to Privilege they were very good when we first took out a policy a couple of years ago. This is what makes todays farce even worse.



Last year my 1 yr old Kia Sportage cost me and the wife £330 to insure. In the year that has followed we have had no convictions, no accidents, no changes of job, home or other circumstances.



Guess if i was surprised then to read this years policy of £598.16! £268 and an 81% increase for no reason what so ever.



Like many others I thought this was a mistake, rang up and received the same pathetic offer of 5% off.



I really cant understand what has gone wrong with this company that they can generate so many complaints of exactly the same nature in such a short space of time.



Needless to say i moved on and saved over £150 in a single phone call.
