Have the miss fortune of owning one of these by default. purchased the house outside the 28 day reg period. the previous owner forgot to register. 18 month and two faults later I am told that it will cost £270 to fix and reinstate the warenty. Poor boiler previous house no problems in 10 years. V poor service. Stay well clear. Forget about the unhelpful desk. call out a local and trusted fitter.
