When we first saw the Jacquie Lawson we thought what a charming way to send greetings to our friends for Christmas andso it proved to be we had no problems. After christmas and in the New Year for some reason
fhis all changed my wife was still sending cards but they were not being deliverer, out of some 60 cards over 50 were left unsent according to Jacquie Lawson this was not there fault it must be going into peoples spam or their providers are blocking it. After nearly a dozen Emails each time we were given the same answers almost as if they had not read the problem. We have found the only way to send thecards is to send them to ourselves then forward
to to our friends.Very poor service we certainly would not have paid for 2 years if we had known of the problems.

We have had JL for over a year and had a problem when we installed Norton. In contacting JL, they told us that our membership expired 12/2010. JL took $12.00 out of our AX account on 12/22/2010. We sent them another email explaining this. Now, we have a response saying our membership will expire March 21, 2011! We are still unable to use the program.
<br/>I wish we knew before we purchased the program that it would be so difficult to deal with them. There is no one you can call and the emails take a while before they are answered. They do not directly address your problem in a way the average person can understand.

If a ecard site is very popular, there is a possibility that the email from the site may be blocked. Then sending the ecard to yourself and then forwarding it to your friends are indeed a solution.
