Gems TV is the worst TV shopping channel we have used.

For my daughters 18th Birthday we attempted to purchase a tanzanite ring, her Birth stone. We make the order around the 6th of December 2010 and was assured it would be delivered at our house less than a week later, before her Birthday. However it is now the 23rd of Feb and we still have received NO ring. We have chased Gems TV up and after no calls being answered due to the bad weather (snow in early Dec), we got through to a call centre who had no record of our purchase. We rang numerous times and each time left with no definitive answers. Finally we found that our purchase had be delivered to a different address and to another Gems TV customer. We accepted this in order to get the gift ready for a Christmas present for her. They yet again assured us that the ring would be delivered however still NO sign of the ring. We yet again chased them up and yet again eventually found the order had been delivered to the same wrong address hundreds of miles away. It was now mid January and still NO ring but all this time our money (150) had been taken. The call centre this time said they would refund our money and reorder the ring when it came back into stock or when the other customer sent it back yet again. However nearly 2 months later we have heard nothing back and still no 18th present for my daughter.

I wouldn't recommend this channel even to my worst enemies it's terrible with a lack of customer service.
