“I am disgusted at this thieving company after five...”

I am disgusted at this thieving company after five months the diamond out of my engagement ring fell out and they told me it was down to general wear and tear so i could not get a re-fund, despite having insurance etc! An engagement ring that lasts 5 MONTHS! from reading reviews they continue to do this a lot and gt away with it. LETS STOP THIS AND REPORT YOUR EXPERIENCES ON WATCH DOG!!!! i know i will be taking them to small claims.
