Ohh my god..... I am so disappointed with the way customers are being treated it seems if you speak English they simply can't be bothered with you.....
I had 2 flights: first one was short haul where the food was awful and soggy also did not understand a word so had to ask a passenger that was sitting next to me what they where saying ( he was also Spanish) but he seemed to be more helpful than the staff....
Then the connecting flight
Madrid - argentina 12 :30 min flight. there was no sign of the plain being delaid yet they bordered our plain almost and hour later yet again could not understand a word food was awful hardly ate anything
Luckly seats were not too bad and we had our own televisions .
Customer service the worst I ever had !!!!!
Then on the return flight my plain got delaid by 6 hrs I was lucky that my boyfriend and his friend are from Argentina and speak Spanish and managed to organize a solution which I were fly to Rome istead of Madrid and then to LHW even though I had a train ticket from gatwick...
Not long after the inicial offer a staff memer comes up to my boyfriend and said that they can put me on a another air line which was Iberia as its going to madrind and then I can catch the connecting flight with air Europa to LGW so was a bit releaved but might I say that Madrid airport is a massive one and air Europa did not care about the fact that I might not be able to make it in time to catch the connecting flight as the terminal was 50 min away from where I landed
By the way Iberia is wors than air Europa I fel like I was in the year 1990 and this plain was the lates thing of that year it was uncomfortable seats no personal tv my chair did not even go back the only thug that was half decent was the food
Anyway when got to LGW I went to the baggage clam but my bag was not there
Now they tell me it might still be in Argentina or Madrid there not sure ...
Then I could not even get a hold if a representative of air Europa ... I was very angry and my bag had my house keys along with winter clothes I was going to change into once at GW but no one was even concerned instead the guy at the lost baggage counter just laught and said " this always happens with air Europa "
So seeing as I could not do anything as could not speak to anyone I went on my way
May I just say I was wearing flip-flops and leggings and a hoody I have never been so cold on my life ...
All in all I'm trying to say that unless it's the only air line flying to my destination of travel I shall never book with them
And if air Europa are reading this " teach you staff English" and teach them customer service skills and sort out your luggage controls as this is what is going to bankrup your company in the long run

Oh no, We experienced something similar, they don't care once they get your money, they lost our bags and when we got them back they were damaged and they were opened in Madrid and items from the bag were stolen, after contacting customer services I was sent t list of things to send to the airline to get compensated, guess what they sent me terms and conditions and that was it I had reciepts original documents and all. photographs included. Rip off company
