I have received an email notification from topshop that the order has been sent out on the 15th Jan 2011. still waiting for my shoes bought for 52Ł ;/ amd it's 22 FEB ...
Customer Service is not responding except standard email notification sent to me just right after I have send out an email in first place.
anyway... There was no problem with them charging my credit card (yeah..that was quick) I wonder If I ever get the parcel or refund. I would rather have shoes instead but now my size has been sold out.
I asked for tracking number confirmation (still waiting for this) but since I'm not from UK or Irl they're not able to track my order.
Too bad I was not reading reviews before I placed my order. I will never order anything from website again. I'm very disapointed indeed.
