I have used Car Hire 3000 several times now, specifically three times in the USA, once on the Isle of Man, and once in Canada. On every occasion I have been very impressed with the service they provide, the vehicles I have rented and the value for money. My only complaint so far is that on my last rental in Canada two minor windscreen chips were spotted on the vehicle by the person dealing with the drop-off, but these hadn't been recorded on the pre-existing damage report diagram. I was told to report this to the rental desk staff and fortunately the damage had already been recorded on the computer system as having occurred before I rented the vehicle. Perhaps Car Hire 3000 could suggest to the vehicle rental companies that they also provide a list of all known pre-existing damage in the form of a computer print out. Fortunately I was not in a hurry to catch my flight, but if I had been this misunderstanding could have been quite infuriating.
