We had a Ferroli Optimax HE 31 C fitted in 2008 and have had numerous problems with it having to have the PCB replaced twice and now have a bad water leak.



Ferroli have been out every year since we have had the boiler to carry out repair but are now saying as we have not had an 'official' service the warranty is void!



I would not recommend the boiler or the company - avoid!!

That's exactly the point I made - they had to come out so many times there wasn't time to think about booking an 'official' annual service!!!
