Worst customer service I have ever received! After I returned an item to the company, I politely pointed out that the Distance Selling Regulations state that I am entitled to a refund of postage. This was their response:
"No refund on postage
Don't waste our time again ordering - we are not a charity!"
Don't worry, I won't and I recommend that no one else does!
