I have the 55cc 20" bar Craftsman chainsaw now for two and a bit years and it's been a very good chainsaw until yesterday.

I've used it for about 175 hours all up.

The one thing I didn't like about this chainsaw was that the chain would easily fly off when caught by very thin branches but for the larger work it was good.

Turns out the coil has failed. Pity really for such a good saw.

Anyone knows where I can get a replacement coil?

i have a replacement coil for that unit i bought 5 saws on ebay and my son droped a tree on one of them. pickupman39@yahoo.com
