“The most useless Estate management company I have ever...”

The most useless Estate management company I have ever had to deal with. I have had water pouring through the ceiling of my flat and do you think they will give me the contact details of the insurance company that my service charge pays for so i can get this resolved? 4 year old property built by Higgins in Brentwood Essex. No call backs, days taken off work to meet a Countrywide rep who never turned up? Appalling. This company should have their management license revoked.

Hi There

I am experiencing the EXACT same issue currently. I've threatened going to the press, camping outside their offices and I've written to the Area Manager and STILL they can't be bothered to respond. I have a good mind to withold my service charge...I'm sure I'll hear from them pretty sharpish. Are you taking your issue any further? If so, please share this so that I can do the same.
