If you are reading this, it is likely you have not received what you've paid for or you've received an email stating your order may take months to arrive. Contact your bank immediately to get a refund. Quicklens ignore you once they have your money.
Things you need to know:
Quicklens are Singapore based. They do not have a provider number so you cannot claim against private health insurance.
Stored stock is limited and delivery times can be very long (months).
Refund requests are ignored by the company. The website is full of disclaimers and does not have a contact telephone number or address. Email is the only way to contact them.
Beware of false promotion coupons and 'free Ipad giveaways.'
