Well you asked...we were told to be in Boston 7:00 pm only to leave at amost 2:00 am.....The plane from the azores was late......this was on 1-7-11



Then on 2-4-11 we arrived in Lisbon at noon time to leave at 3:30..what a joke...first the Sata/TAP people had nooooo lugage tags...we were in line more than 30 min...no one was in line good thing.....we boarded and 1/2 hour later we had to leave the plane.....not too many people on the plane.



WE WENT BACK ON THIS BUS....to the airport...no one telling us where to go..we all just followed each other..so sad...we were put in a room with 20 chairs and 100 people....what kind of serive is that?? and we were told they would serve us a light snack..and did and it was fine...then again people were going all differnet ways NO ONE telling us where to go...OK

we had to check in again....they sat my husband in one side and me in another..plenty of seats.......we arrived in the Azores around 8;00pm...come on...people with the price of the tickets we could have gone on an all paid vacation food,bed,drinks for 4 weeks....alot people are saying the same thing......

tipical SATA....and not to mention the outrageous prices

Isn't TAP much more expensive than SATA?
