A total disaster of a website for such a huge bank. It seems to be offline more than it is online.
Since the customer revolt they must have received when they changed the layout they put a tiny link to view them in your prefered way. Due to such poor design it does not remember your prefered layout. Plus some accounts dont even have this option.
Lloyds TSB should be totally ashamed for providing their customers with such a poorley designed site.
