“on the website, it says that my product will be...”

on the website, it says that my product will be dispatched in 24 hours. however, after 3 weeks, I am still waiting for it. When I contacted them regarding this, their answer was prompt- but I shouldn't have had to chase them. I hope to receive the goods next week- which is fine. But if my wedding had been sooner- it would have been a tight time frame!
