Flew to Kauai from Phoenix and back. This aircraft was very dirty. Never choose a seat that sits immediately in front of a wall or bulk head, they do not recline and as in our situation, the seats in front of us were broke and had a sever recline. Therefore, the people in front of us were virtually in our laps and refused to push their seats a little farther up. Stewardess were very rude and hid at their work stations...I was very hard pressed to get a coke. This no food policy, especially for this long of a flight is rediculous! And the "boxed" food they sell is nothing more than carb junk of crackers and cookies. Air travel has declined in quality and customer service regardless of choice of airline. My future vacations will either include Amtrack or travel by sea. Word to the airline industry: overpaid and high prices.....with a dash of inept customer service as well as dirty/ratty aircraft! You should be full of shame!! Woohoo.....let the American taxpayers bail you out again!
