my apologies for taking so long to get this review back to you.



although i feel that this is sometimes how i am treated, with some assistants i have to wait an extraordinary long time to get to the correct person/information that i need and when i have requested information to come out to me i either havent received it or waited around 2 to 3 months for it to get to me.



this isnt the same for all the assistants, for example the last lady that i spoke with (who sent me this review, i cant remember her name sorry!) was extremely helpful from the start of the call and apologised for my previous issues in waiting for information. she has reassured me that the statement of debt outstanding that i have requested is on its way to me so i am expecting it any time within the next week or so.



i do apologise that i havent been completely positive, working in hospitality we are reviewed all the time so know how hard it can be to take a poor review seriously.
