Whilst I am pleased with the quality of the items that I've received i'm not happy with the appalling distribution system this companys appears to have. I have been waiting for a month now for my complete order to appear and I am. quite frankly, tired of chasing them. Although I am happy with the service I've received from the sales team GLTC has failed on every other level. I wouldn't go anywhere near them unless you like the idea of calling them daily or having incomplete furniture orders.
