Absolutely the worst customer service i have ever experienced.
constant calls to resolve unwanted sales calls , they did not block with held numbers even though i requested it .
When i complained i was told i had not made myself clear - rather than the fact that the non english speaking staff had not understood - what happened to the customer is right ??
recently changed bank accounts, all bills come out of my account, this was the only company to make a mess of changing direct debit , then rude staff calling me saying i was in arrears !! ridiculous !! so glad my contract term is up so am looking elsewhere, but apparently they are a nightmare to leave !!
