“Sent a Valentine's Card to my partner, it is now two...”

Sent a Valentine's Card to my partner, it is now two days after Valentine's Day and no card has been received and £3.50 has been taken from my account. Can't get through to anyone on customer services and even if they do send it now, it has missed Valentine's Day. Not impressed at all.
