It's the customer services, the speed of resolution which really set this this hosting company apart from many others i've used in the past. The overall attitude is can-do and the customer services are quite knowledgable. I used their ticket system to log a problem last night at 8:43pm and it was resolved by 9:01pm, no phone call needed.
Several of the technologies I have used in a current project are new and most hosting companies(I say most, I tried 5 quite major ones,then CWCS) either didn't want to know or it seemed too much hassle for them just to find out if it would work on their shared hosting. My prompt answer from CWCS was YES.
