“I ordered flowers for my girlfriend for St Valentines...”

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend for St Valentines day 5 days in advance. The flowers were suppose to come with a balloon.

But they came already dead, with no water in the vase and no ballon.

I took several pictures of them and I have been trying to contact customer support, since yesterday but they are not picking up the phone. They are not even picking up the phone when I call sales!

I paid 50 pounds for that and I would never ever use their service again! I hope I will get my money back.
