15th February 2011. I have just spoken to Hays Travel for the 100th time and today I am assured customers affected by the Goldtrail collapse will now be refunded by HAYS Travel (Not CAA) or Insurance companies involved. I have today been advised that money WILL be paid within 6 wks( Believe that when I see it)Does anyone know if we are entitled to compensation as they have had our money for over 9 months? I have been passed from pillar to post on every phone call and now feel that all the staff at Hays Travel do is fob us off with what they think we want to hear.
