Up until the last couple of week I was impressed. Yes, we experienced some junk by for us it was manageable. However, this last couple of weeks, I'm getting these annoying messages telling me that Microsoft no longer recognizes hotamail. What does that mean?!!!



I have given my address to a multitude of people and I expect it to be accessible to them.

Please advise and note that this is urgent!

Our company has had our email account since 2002. Our account was blocked because hotmail was hacked. I have been trying for 5-straight days with zero success to retrieve the account. There is absolutely zero customer service.
