I purchased a floral arrangement from this site. Everything looked excellent on the website and they garauntee fast shipping and delivery. I placed an order to surprise my wife for Valentine's day feeling pretty confident about their services. I later received and e-mail stating that there were no florists to deliver to my address. I also found that the price quoted to me on the website was NOT what I was charged. BEWARE this site charged me a hidden $30 in fees!!!!!!! They are going to give me a full refund, however, I will not receive it for 5-7 business days. I find this rediculous considering it took all of 30 seconds to take my money. Now I am left out of money and time to recover this blunder as well as in the hot seat for a totally shot Valentine's day. THANK YOU BLOOMSTODAY.COM.



To sum this all up I am the polar opposite of satisfied with this company. I am advising anyone I talk to, to steer clear of this website. I gave it zero stars and if I could I would give it negative stars. I wish I had another set of hands so I could give this site four thumbs down!!!

I found this review very helpful because...Last week i ordered flowers for my daughter in-law when she was ill in the hospital in a different city. I paid $60.00 for what i thought would be a BEAUTIFUL BASKET OF MULTI-COLORED FLOWERS. I then talked to my son who told me the flowers were PURPLE AND YELLOW? I then posted the EXACT BASKET OF FLOWERS ON FACEBOOK. My son then posted what was sent? I WAS HORRIFIED. This florist was affilated with TELEFLORA. Of course they made excuses for IRENE'S FLORIST IN DODOGE CITY KS. I took it into my own hands and DID RECEIVE A FULL REFUND,AFTER BEING CUSSED AT, YELLED AT, AND THEN HUNG UP ON.My mother in law is in hospital now, so i am needing another florist-BUT I AM SO AFRAID WHAT WILL HAPPEN??
