I too have had letters saying that I return too much, and I do return a fair amount, but as other reviewers state you are activally encouraged to send for items and then make your decision when you have tried the item out, I still shop with them, and still return if not delighted with the item, and will continue to do so as that is what they promote.

I found this review not helpful because... every organisation has a policy on returns its called loss prevention!

I agree on this one otherwise why do they bother advertising the fact that if you are not happy with the product you have 30 days to get you money back right??
