“14.2.11 My boyfriend ordered for me 12 red roses to...”

14.2.11 My boyfriend ordered for me 12 red roses to be delivered Saturday 12th February. I was out in the afternoon and my neighbour noticed a box lying just near the pavement outside my flat addressed to me. She took the box in. Inside was an air tight plastic bag with 12 red roses. I thought this to be unusual as there was no water and no air pockets in the bag. Inside was a note to say the bag is especially sealed to protect the flowers. I put them in a vase at 7 pm and by the morning they were all dead. This idea of them being presented in an ugly plastic bag is clearly not healthy for the flower and does not look presentable. Furthermore, the delivery man just left them dumped on the pavement.

Buying Roses for valentine's day or any other special day from M&S or any other supermarkets is an invitation to trouble. Next time try a proper Florist in your area.

I'm not sure this lady would have much influence on where her boyfrind buys her flowers from.
